There is now a biography of Louis W. Breck, Sr. online. It is from Who’s Who in Orthopedics, and made it into the internet through Google Books. I have copied the bio and added it to the BreckNorth website here.

The biography mentions that Grandad was an innovator. I would go farther: he was a geek. The McBee cards he used for sorting patient diagnosis factors was decades ahead of the digital sort systems that now are a major factor in information processing.


Like the previous video posted here, with the economic wisdom expressed by Fred Thompson, this video from Onion New Network precisely captures the times in which we are living as 2008 strides lustily singing hymns to The One into the abyss of expired time.
